Parvaah
Overview
The primary aim of this project is to empower individuals, especially the elderly and those requiring remote care, to proactively manage their health and well-being. The application provides a comprehensive platform for users to organize their daily routines, monitor vital health metrics, and establish a network of support for emergencies.

Process
Kicking the work off
We started working on Parvaah back in Feb 2023. We had a rough idea of what we wanted to do — so we conducted a survey to identify the technical proficiency of elderly users and potential issues they might face.We quickly put together the list of features we were going to offer the users and prioritised features based on user needs. Key features included setting daily schedules, recording vital signs, medicine reminders, emergency contact setup, medical record storage, and doctor information.
Design
We started creating interactive prototypes to test the navigation and functionality of the app. Incorporated feedback from potential users and started iterations accordingly. We crafted a clean and accessible interface with larger fonts, high contrast, and easy-to-read icons keeping in mind the wide-spread range of target audience.

Outcome
Parvaah empowers users to take control of their well-being while providing peace of mind to caretakers and family members responsible for the health of their loved ones. By combining daily health monitoring, emergency response features, and caregiver integration, the app creates a holistic and user-friendly solution for diverse healthcare needs.
